In November, 2004, I went to Royal National Park, which is south of Sydney, with my family. There was a good view and there weere many birds called cockatoos. I fed a cockatoo with my daughter. I enjoyed it.

Jenney ate breakfast with her dad and they prepared their lunch. They came to beach. Now she is in the water with her dad and she is swimming.They are having fun. Later, they will eat their lunch.

Jack came to the park with his family and they prepared a lot of food for picnic. Now they are sitting on the blanket and having picnic. They are having fun. Later they will go to see the movie.

Describe Myself

My name is JIE. I come from China. Last year, 12th of August, I arrived in Australia.Before I lived in BeiJing, the capital of China . I'm 34 years old. I have a 8-year-old daughter.

When I joined work place, I was a young girl. Frist, I worked for the CDC(Centre of Disease Control) as a research asistant. I researched virous that it was a sort of microorganism with my colleague. Humans will have disease or die if they are infected. We had tried to find a way to control these microorganism to not let them infect human. In that period, I met my husband, who was my colleague's classmate. After we were married, I left the CDC. I joined a company which was a world famous company .I had worked in that company until I left China to Australia. I gave a lot of awards from the company. they were my pride when I worked for the company.

My character is outgoing, I like singing, travelling, playing badminton and other outdoor sports. I like to make new friends . I hope I can continue my English learning until my English is good. I think life loves me forever.

THE STORY OF WINTER

Winter came again, it was freezing, it snowed again.Roofs, trees, paths., benches on the side of road were all covered in snow. There was snow around the outside.

Eric rode the bicycle alone on the snowy ground. He went to see his grandfather, because today was commemoration day of 60 years since his grandfather had sacrificed his life for their country.

In the Second War, the German Army attacked their country.His grandfather joined the Army to defend their country. He was just 30 years old. He was a hero, he got many medals from government. In 1945,second of January, he sacrificed his life to defend this city in a battle.When he died, Eric's father was just 5 years old. He alway's left his wife and his 5-year-old son.

Grandfather has been his family's pride forever. Each one of family have love him. Eric goes to see him to represent his family each year when winter comes, the weather colding up. It snows.
